AUBURN — In addition to its regular summer concert series at Deertrees Theater in Harrison, members of the renowned Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival will perform at two venues in Auburn in July.
The first concert will be at the Methodist Church on Park Avenue at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19; the program will feature works by Dvorak and Schumann.
The second concert will be held at Temple Shalom on Bradman Street at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 23. The composers for that concert will be Beethoven, Bartok and Mozart.
Both events are open to the public and are free of charge, though a good-will offering will be accepted following each concert. Proceeds will be distributed among both venues and the Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival.
The Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival, featuring professional musicians, is celebrating its 45th year performing at Deertrees Theater in Harrison. Its 2017 season is on Tuesdays from July 11 to Aug. 8.
