ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Janice T. Talpey, 52, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died Friday, March 5, at St. Petersburg General Hospital.

She was born in Lewiston on Feb. 6, 1952. She moved to St. Petersburg from Raymond in 1989. She was a homemaker and attended St. Raphael’s Catholic Church and enjoyed photography.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years James R. “Jim” Talpey of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two sons, Shawn and Tony Talpey both of St. Petersburg, Fla.; daughter, Anita Stover of Casco; two sisters, Lorraine Mineweaser of Summerville, S.C. and Marlene Davis of Lewiston; brother Steve Bushey of Bangor; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
