1934 – 2004
LEWISTON – Stanley H. Clukey, 69, died Monday night, Feb. 23, at Russell Park Manor.
Born in Chester, June 8, 1934, the son of Arthur and Lottie (Beathem) Clukey. He attended Auburn schools and had worked in area shoe shops for several years. Later he was employed as a heavy equipment operator for the Town of Mechanic Falls and also worked for the City of Auburn. He belonged to the Mechanic Falls Fire Department for many years.
He leaves three sons, Ricky of Lewiston, David and his companion, Mary Libby of Mechanic Falls, and Wade and his companion of Rumford; one grandson, Matthew; one granddaughter, Kelly; two sisters, Clara Pike of Lewiston, Harriett St. Germain of Southington, Conn.; a brother, Richard Clukey of Mechanic Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
