LEWISTON- Charlotte L. Labbe, 80, of 1092 Sabattus St., Lewiston died Saturday evening, Nov. 15, at Montello Manor following a short illness.

She was born in Lewiston on Jan. 12, 1923, the daughter of Alfred and Laura (Lachance) Lemelin and had been a resident of this community all of her life.

She married Patricien F. Labbe on Sept. 4, 1950 and he died on July 26, 1996.

She was employed as a sales representative at Center Giroux clothing store for many years.

She was a member of Ladies of St. Anne’s and a member of Holy Family Church.

Mrs. Labbe was a person that was always there for her family.

She is survived by one brother, Albert Lemelin of Lewiston, and several nieces and nephews.
