1942 – 2003

WILTON – Patricia Natley Rowell, 61, of Wilton, died Friday afternoon, July 25, at her home on Main Street.

She was born in Canaan, Vt., March 19,1942, a daughter of George and Hattie (Ellingwood) Brown Sr. She received her education in Canaan schools and graduated from Canaan High School in 1960 and moved to Wilton in 1968.

Mrs. Rowell worked at Forster Mfg. and G.H. Bass and was always dedicated to her family. She enjoyed the outdoors, walking, and her dog.

She is survived by her children, Wendy Mae d”Anjou and her husband Loic of Canaan, Vt., Wanda Jean Nichols and her husband John of Wilton, Wanita Jane Begin and her husband David of Beecher Falls, Vt., Wayne Earl Rowell of Canaan, Vt., Wenda Marie Deer and her husband Ben of Missionviejo, CA., and Tracy Brooks and her husband Mark of Wilton; two sisters, Everdene Hodgon of Guildhall, Vt., and Eunice Caron of West Stewartstown, NH; two brothers, Sherwood Brown and his wife, Vivian of Granby, Vt., and Linwood Brown and his wife Barbara of Granby, Vt.; 12 grandchildren, Katrina, David, Jesse, Alex, Raelene, Dillon, Isaac, Max, Alyssa, Kylie, Justin, and Jaime; and the father of her children, Leslie Rowell of Washington Plantation.

She was predeceased by a son, Wade Leslie Rowell in 1989; and her brothers, Glen, George, Ronald, Wesley, and Irving.
