MEXICO – Gail F. Young, 48, of Mexico, wife of J. Steven Young and daughter of Lucien and Vera Arsenault, died May 12, at her home, with her loving family by her side.
She was a high school graduate of Rumford, Class of 1973. She then worked at Bass Shoe from 1973 to 1975 and then spent her time raising her family.
She enjoyed doing crafts and ran a craft shop out of her home from 1994 to 1996. She was involved in Boy Scouts as a den mother for several years. She loved and enjoyed having a good time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Steve; one son, Jonathan and his wife, Christie of Mexico; two granddaughters, Ashlynn and Destiny; eight brothers, Ken Jamison of Virginia, Guy Jamison of Livermore, Brian Jamison of Frye, Rodney Jamison of Peru, Wayne Jamison of Mexico, Jeff Jamison of Saco, Alan Jamison of Mexico and Bruce Jamison of Roxbury; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a great woman. She will be greatly missed and always in our minds and hearts.
