TURNER – Carl V. Thomas, 60, passed away suddenly in an accident on Route 4 on Friday, April 30.

He was born May 2, 1943. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. They look forward to seeing him again in heaven. He had the heart of a good Samaritan and was a growing Christian. His love of farming gave him joy; his pure simplicity and common sense were heartwarming to behold.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia and four step-children, Christina, Bethany (+ Ryan Eling), Benjamin and Jonathan; his two sons, Chris and Vincent and grandchildren; sisters, Elnora Shaw and Frances Paradise; brothers, Richard and wife, Marilyn, Arthur, Claude and wife, Marion, Dale and wife, Beatrice and Bernard Thomas; aunts, Cassie Sutherland and Madeleine Holmes and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, William and Esther Thomas and siblings, William, Robert, Neal, Grant, Lowell, Gary, Shirley, Arlene, and Millie.
