AUBURN – Barbara E. Park, 77, a resident of 26 Bolster St., Auburn died Wednesday, Sept. 13, after a brief illness.

She was born in Taunton, Mass., Feb. 4, 1929, the daughter of Harry and Primrose (Charnley) Jones Sr.

She resided most of her life in this community, and had worked in the former Peck’s Department Store in charge of the cosmetics counter. She also ran a women’s clothing store several years ago at Shaw’s Plaza in Auburn.

Survivors include one brother, Harry Jones and his wife, Pat, of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert.
