Why is intolerance interpreted as hatred? It’s not about hate, it’s about love – as in having love for one’s country.
Every day, more and more minorities come here seeking a better life; many from war-torn parts of Africa, some from poverty in Mexico. The Mexicans come here and wave the Mexican flag proudly. That’s fine. They have signs that say Mexican pride.
The Somalis come here because they were in a war. They have mosques in which to pray. Good. They wear traditional clothing that shows pride. They all show their individuality.
But, if a white person makes a stand for white pride and white heritage, they are labled a bigot and a racist.
White Americans all through our history have stood up and fought for their way of life: The French and Indian War; the Revolution, when they fought for freedom from British rule; the War of 1812 – the British again; the Civil War, when the South fought for what they believed in and the North fought for what they believed in.
Why is it America’s problem to see that these people have a safe haven to hide in?
Call me a racist if it makes you feel any better. I won’t mind, because I have love for my God, race and nation.
