Farmington and Lewiston Rec finished with identical 10-1 records after weekend action in the Boys Division of the Western Maine Youth Basketball League (Grades 5-6).

Farmington, by virtue of its 37-35 regular season win over Lewiston, will be the No. 1 seed for this weekend’s playoffs at Oxford Hills Middle School.

Farmington outlasted Wilton 49-35 in a season finale. Chad Luker led with 16 points. Jordan Whitney and Zak Kendall added 9 each. E. Davis paced Wilton with 7. Jamie Schank added 6.

Ryan Rossignol tossed in 14 and Josh Thomas 10 as Lewiston Rec defeated Oxford Hills 43-30. Jordan Croteau collected 13 for OH. John Frechette was next with 8.

Mountain Valley finished third in the standings after trimming AYS of Jay-Livermore 51-24. Dylan Akers sparked MV with 13 markers. Adam Volkernick added 11. Kyle Souther (8) and Nate Hamblin (7) led AYS.

Caleb Spruill scored 11 and Brady Innes 7 as Auburn Rec beat North Franklin 47-26. Calum Dixon led Franklin with 13.

Turner knocked off Lisbon Rec 54-21 as Josh Bunker and Ben Hebert both tallied 9. Sam Coombs of Lisbon led all scorers with 10.

Following is Saturday’s opening playoff (single-elimination) schedule at Oxford Hills Middle School: 8:30 a.m., Lisbon Rec (8) vs AYS (9); 10:00, Auburn Rec (7) vs North Franklin (10); 11:30, Farmington (1) vs winner Game 1; 1:00, Lewiston Rec (2) vs Winner Game 2; 2:30, Mountain Valley Rec (3) vs Wilton (6); 4:00, Oxford Hills (4) vs Turner (5). Semifinal games will begin at 5:30 Saturday. Championship contest is set for Sunday.
