LEWISTON – Al Landry is the Multi-Purpose Center Maine Table Tennis League champion for the second year in a row.

Landry narrowly defeated his last opponent, Irena Stepan of Gray, in a hard-fought battle that went the distance. In a best 3 of 5 match, the deciding game went down to the wire.

He will receive his well-earned accolades during the awards ceremony at the May 14 banquet to be held at Midnight Blues Restaurant.
