Students of Lewiston Middle School, Lewiston Regional Technical Center, Lewiston High School, Auburn Middle School and Edward Little High School, are now able to obtain sports screens without having to leave school or to make a doctor’s appointment. Each of these schools has a school-based health center located within their halls. These centers will be offering sports screen clinics over the next few weeks.

All athletes must have a sports screen prior to tryouts for winter sports programs. The 15-minute appointment at the center will cost $25. A sliding scale fee is also available for eligible students.

The centers are owned and operated by Community Clinical Services, the physican practices affiliated with St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

To make an appointment or for more information, contact the center in your area: Auburn Middle School, 783-3984; ELHS, 782-6827, extension 241; Lewiston Middle School, 795-4180, extension 241; Lewiston High School/Regional Technical Center, 795-4144, extension 310.

The centers also provide many other services.
