SABATTUS – The Sabattus Pond Watershed Partnership (SPWP) will be hosting its second annual fishing derby on the pond, July 24 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Registration will take place at the boat launch starting at 6 a.m. Entry fee is $5 per person. All participants must possess a valid fishing license.

This year’s derby will be separated into 2 divisions, northern pike, and all other fish species.

Weigh-in is scheduled at 4:00.
