LEWISTON – Football League for Youth (FLY) will be conducting its annual cheerleader/player registration for the upcoming season, July 15-16, from 6-8 p.m. at the Lewiston Muilti-Purpose Center.

Eligible are all youth between the ages of 8-13 (as long as the 14th birthday falls after October 31). Youngsters need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and bring along a valid birth certificate.

Entry fee is $60 for one child, and $25 for each additional child, or a maximum of $100 per family.

Participants between the ages of 6-7 will be entered in a flag-based, 7-week instructional program; those 8-10 will compete in the Junior Division; and ages 11-13 will be housed in the Senior Division.

League games are played at Lewiston Athletic Park, with opening day being Sunday, August 29. The program will conclude with all-star games on October 24.
