BRIDGTON – Rock Maple Racing will make its snocross debut at Shawnee Peak Ski Area, April 3-4. The 2-day event will feature both hillcross and snocross competition, with a crucial Winter X Games Qualifier for hillcross scheduled for Saturday.

Tickets are $12 per person, per day, or $20 for both days. Children under 10 will be admitted free. Gates will open at 8 a.m. and racing will begin at 9:00 both days.

Lewiston Elks pool

LEWISTON – The team of Jim O’Donnell-Gerry Vautour captured the weekly championship in the Lewiston Elks Pool League. Second was the team of Bob Chabot-Norm Polley, followed by Dick Cyr-Jim MacDonald.
