BOOTHBAY – Dylan Brandt scored nine first-quarter points to help Boothbay get the jump on Mt. Abram for an 81-38 boys’ basketball victory on Monday.

The Seahawks (10-4) assume command from the opening tap to jump out to a 23-5 advantage after the first quarter.

Brandt finihed with a game-high 17 points in the balanced attack. Zak Vanderlaan and Dan Dickinson added 14 points apiece and Dan Hallinan added 12.

Jim Parker scored 12 points and Sam Simpson added 11 for the Roadrunners.
