I have never written to the Sun Journal before, but I was so appalled at Gov. Paul LePage’s treatment of the teenager who wrote to him about net neutrality that I couldn’t resist.
In this day of trying to teach children respect for anything, where are they supposed to learn it? They see many government leaders having no respect for each other or anyone else.
Where do we draw the line? I think they need to remember the old saying, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
I think the governor owes that girl an apology at the least. She took time and interest enough to write to him and look where it got her.
