Thirty people turned out to paddle Gulf Island Pond and hike the
Homestead Trail at the Androscoggin Riverlands, followed by good food
and company at the Androscoggin Land Trust annual picnic and barbecue
held on July 25. This year’s picnic was held at the Bates College Boat
House in Greene.
