BRIDGTON – Applications have been distributed to last year’s exhibitors for Art in the Park in Shorey Park.

Those who would like to apply should visit Gallery 302’s Web site at www.gallery302.org and download an application and membership form.

People may also visit Gallery 302 at 112 Main St. to pick up an application from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The show is juried for artists who did not display in last summer’s show. Instructions are given on the application. Those applying will need to pay the application fee and the membership fee for Bridgton Art Guild for 2009-10.

The sixth annual event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 18. Rain date is Sunday July 19. Sixty artists of mixed media and fine crafts will be accepted.

The application fee of $30 is good until Jan. 31. After that the fee will be $45. Space for last year’s exhibitors will be reserved until Jan. 31. After that, spaces will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
