AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a plumbing code update course on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6 to 8:30 p.m., from Sept. 16 to Nov. 25.

The cost of the course is $625 and includes books and materials.

Taught by Bob Landry, this course will prepare students to take the Maine State Examination for Journeymen or Master Plumbers. Using materials from the (IAMPO) Maine Plumbing Code, the course includes the fundamental theory of plumbing, arithmetic and related geometry, figuring offsets and elementary science.
