Rosey White-Susbury and Byron Historical Society members recently recognized Steven A Duguay for his 25 years of dedicated service to Byron as selectman (most of those years as chairman). The group presented him with a jacket and plaque. In addition, his brother, Oxford County Commissioner Dave Duguay, presented him with a certificate of appreciation from the commission.
