LEWISTON – “Edible Flower Gardening” will be the subject of an Accenting Women’s Health program being offered on Wednesday, May 21, at Central Maine Medical Center.
Jeri Maurer, guest relations coordinator at CMMC, will explore how gardening can be a spiritual teacher, offering lessons about patience, hard choices and personal renewal. Her presentation will feature a special focus on edible flowers.
The free program will be presented from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Chairmen’s Rooms, located on the lower level of the 12 High Street Medical Office Building adjacent to CMMC.
