FARMINGTON – SAD 9 kindergarten registration dates have been announced as follows:

Wednesday, March 26, 2 to 4 p.m., Cape Cod Hill School, New Sharon.

Thursday, April 17, 2 to 5 p.m., Cushing School, Wilton, by appointment.

Wednesday, April 30, noon to 6 p.m., Mallett School, by appointment.

Parents should call the Weld School at 585-2614 for that school’s registration information.

At registration parents will need their child’s birth certificate, social security card, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo and filled-out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.

If a child is age 5 on or before Oct. 15, and a parent intends to register the child for school, or for more information, call Bernadette Wallace at 778-2771 for a registration packet.

Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing School also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett School, 778-3529; Cushing School, 645-2442.
