Worship leader
PARIS – Sharon Bouchard will be the worship leader at the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., Paris, at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 25. Forest Perkins, church organist, will direct the music. Renee Wales will lead the Sunday school. The coffee hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall. All are welcome.
Making gifts
NORWAY – The Norway Memorial Library’s Children’s Department will hold a holiday gift-making workshop for students in grades two to six from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 (no school in SAD 17).
Children will have the opportunity to make several gifts for friends and family members, as well as decorative gift bags. All materials will be provided. Preregistration is required; parents may sign up in the Children’s Department or by calling 743-5308.
Women’s workshop
PARIS – Maine Centers for Women, Work and Community will offer a free “Moving Through Fear” workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 30, at Western Maine University and Community College.

Home tours
PARIS – The Paris Hill Community Club will organize a Christmas house tour of historic and interesting homes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. Cost of $20 includes lunch.
Proceeds will go to maintain the old Academy Building (the Community Club). Additional information is available by calling 743-8270.
