LISBON – The Lisbon Fire Companies are conducting a fundraising campaign for fire safety and prevention in the community. Local businesses and residents will be contacted over the next few weeks for sponsorships and advertisement space in a program that will double as an Emergency Contact Directory.

Programs will be handed out at an All-Star Celebrity Softball Event being held at 2 p.m. at Lisbon High School on Aug. 18. Tickets are free for all supporters of this cause, so bring the whole family to watch your local heroes take on Red Sox, and Patriot alumni.
