Rep. Michael Michaud presents an American flag to Paul R. Bernard, chaplain, and Warren K. Clark, commander of Turner Memorial Post 111, American Legion. The flag was flown over the U.S. Capitol on March 23 in honor of the 88th anniversary of the founding of the American Legion Family.
