LISBON – Local residents can be screened to reduce stroke risks by Life Line Screening, which will be at the Lisbon Town Hall, 300 Lisbon St., on Saturday, June 16. Appointments will begin at 9 a.m.

Screenings are fast and painless. They involve the use of ultrasound technology and scan for potential health problems related to blocked arteries, aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs as well as a bone density screening to assess risk for osteoporosis.
