Ashley Millett, daughter of Roger Millett of Mechanic Falls and Kelly Brown of Norway, has received recognition at the University of New England’s Spring Awards Convocation in Biddeford.

She received the following awards: Departmental Award of Mathematical Science for outstanding major, grade point average, 3.95, and Department of Business Administration for Outstanding Minor. A 2004 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, Millett is a major in mathematical science and is involved in undergraduate student government.
