LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will present a workshop in its Professional Development Series from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, May 4, at the chamber community conference room.
Presenters will be Steve Beaulieu, Janus Lab trained presenter, and Salvatore Bonetti, financial adviser, Baystate Financial.
The workshop will center on how advisers can systematically go beyond client expectations, thus cementing a loyal client base and capturing assets in motion, all while building a more profitable, client-centric practice.
The workshop is titled The Art of WOW. WOW is the pursuit of simplicity and significance.
Developed with internationally recognized client experience expert Joseph Michelli, this program helps advisers develop an ongoing engagement plan to deepen client relationships and attract valuable new business.
