Fellowship meeting

LISBON FALLS – The Lisbon Area Widows Fellowship will meet on Monday, May 7, at the Lisbon United Methodist Church, School Street. The gathering will begin at 11:30 a.m. for fellowship followed by a potluck lunch. All interested widows in the area are invited.

Seniors trips

LEWISTON – The Meadowview Seniors are organizing two day trips for the summer, with Bert Dutil as escort.

The group will go to Boothbay Harbor on Friday, June 22, for a dinner and show at the Carousel Music Theater, shopping and sightseeing.

On Friday, Aug. 17, they will go to Bailey Island for lunch at Cook’s Lobster House, sightseeing and shopping.

On Nov. 29 and 30 Dutil is organizing a two-day trip to Mohegan Sun for Roy Clark’s Christmas Show and to New York City for the Radio City Musical Extravaganda with the Rockettes. Some meals, sightseeing and shopping are included.
