Circle notice

RUMFORD – St. Timothy Circle 504, Daughters of Isabella, will go to Mass at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, April 22, at St. Athanasius St. John Church. Members will note Queen Isabella Day. There will be a breakfast downstairs after the Mass for those who are interested.

Legion supper

RUMFORD – American Legion Post 24 will hold a public supper from 4:30 p.m. until sold out on Thursday, April 26. The menu will include roast pork loin, mashed potatoes, vegetable and dessert. Take-out will be available for $6 a person. For more information, call 369-9053.

Benefit auction

RUMFORD – A benefit auction will beheld Friday, April 27, at the Eagles Club to benefit St. Athanasius St. John School. Auctioneer will be Mark Prevost. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the auction will start at 6:30.

There will be Red Sox tickets, Loudon tickets, an iPod, Longaberger basket, $100 Hannaford gift card, door prize and 50/50 cash. For more information, call 364-2528.

Class to meet

DIXFIELD – The Mexico High School Class of 1959 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, at Ellis’ Variety in Dixfield.
