Representatives from the Central Maine Community College Culinary Arts Program participated in the 3-A-Day Dairy reception held recently at the Blaine House in Augusta. The students prepared seafood crepes with chilies and pimento stuffed olives for a group of health professional and education leaders as part of a recipe competition among the Maine community colleges.
