Chelsie O’Connell, a sophomore at Johnson State College in Johnson, Vt., was named to the dean’s list for her outstanding academic achievement during the fall 2006 semester. She is a technical theater major. O’Connell is the daughter of Greg O’Connell of Lewiston and Linda Laplante of Rumford.
