FARMINGTON – Women, Work and Community will offer a six-week self-esteem class from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 17 to Feb. 21, at the Farmington Center for Women, Work and Community at 108 Perham St.
Participants will learn ways to challenge old, destructive beliefs and nourish positive thoughts and feelings. The supportive workshop will provide tools to discover how to raise self-esteem and feel better.
Women, Work and Community is a statewide nonprofit organization committed to improving the economic lives of Maine women and their families.
