AUBURN – The New Auburn Senior Citizens will have a beef stew dinner at noon Wednesday, March 15, at St. Louis Church basement hall. Cost is $3, and it is for members only.

A meeting was held Feb. 28 with Virginia Levasseur, president, presiding. March birthdays were noted and small gifts given. A moment of silence was held for deceased member, Rosario Bussiere.

Members will have an Easter Hat contest and parade on April 5, and prizes will be awarded. Members are planning a yard sale for May. More details will be announced at the April meeting.

Pot of gold winners were Alma Morin, Joanne Costin, Jean Vallencourt and Joan Gagne. The meeting adjourned, a light lunch was served and bingo followed. Open bingo for seniors age 60 and over will be held March 22 and 29.
