LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met Feb. 27 at Murray Hall with 29 members present. The group had its monthly meal from SeniorsPlus before the session.
Chairwoman Shirley Couture opened the meeting and Mary Groleau led the group as they sang “Holy, Holy, Holy.”
“Happy Birthday” was sung to those members who celebrate their birthdays in February.
Next week will be the first sign-up for the next SeniorsPlus meal. The menu will include beef stew, coleslaw, biscuit and pears.
Couture said plans will be made to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. She also hopes to get some entertainment scheduled for the near future.
The 50-50 was won by Carmen Moreau. The meeting was adjourned, and cards and games were played.
