Food challenge

MEXICO – A chicken wing challenge will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Aromas Fine Dining, to benefit the Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund at Mountain Valley High School. There will be a beer tent, live entertainment from 1 to 3 p.m. and juding and people’s choice awards announced between 3 and 4. The cost is $10.

Public hearing

UPTON – The Planning Board will conduct a public hearing to discuss the adoption of a proposed site review plan.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at the Upton school building. Copies of the new plan will be available at the town office during office hours.
