Shown are the leaders of all the world powers during World War I.

LEWISTON – Post 22, American Legion, while taking inventory, found a large colored photograph of the Justice Hall of the World, which met in Europe after World War I. The photo shows the heads of all the world powers during World War I.

They are seated around a huge table with their respective names listed in back of their chairs. President Woodrow Wilson is pictured standing and addressing the group. Behind the round table are the militaries of the countries involved with their flags.

The setting was in a palace somewhere in Europe.
