PARIS – Area residents are encouraged to put their imagination to work, and design a scarecrow to take to the Oxford Fair, Sept. 14, 15, 16 and 17.

Registration forms will be available on Wednesday, Sept. 14, and should be filled out and presented, with scarecrow, before noon. Scarecrows will be judged and placed next to the museum building, so be sure they can stand alone.

Prizes will be awarded in different categories, including one for groups or clubs, one for individuals and one for children under 12.
