LEWISTON – Lewiston Housing Authority and Community Concepts will explain home ownership at meetings at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 28, and 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31, at the Caleb Community Center, River Valley Village, 84 Strawberry Ave.

Reta Herrick of Lewiston Housing will explain to those who have Section 8 vouchers how an increase in income can result in a special savings account and/or escrow account, with no out-of-pocket money.

Additionally, those who complete the application process and are accepted to the Family Self-Sufficiency Program will have a chance to win a computer.

Linda Dube of Community Concepts will explain the process of buying a home for those who do not have Section 8 vouchers.
