RUMFORD — Melody M. Hinckley, 22, went to be with her Lord Monday, May 7, at her home at 20 Congress St., Rumford.

Melody was born March 28, 1996 in Denver, Colo., the daughter of Harold and Rebecca (Currier) Hinckley and graduated from Mountain Valley High School in Rumford, Class of 2015.

She had worked in the kitchen at the Matterhorn Ski Restaurant on the Sunday River Road in Newry. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in South Paris. Melody loved animals, especially her two dogs and her cat.

Her loving family includes her parents, Harold and Rebecca Hinckley of Rumford; sister, Elizabeth Hinckley, of Rumford; paternal grandmother, Jeanette Hinckley, of Otisfield; maternal grandparents Ivory and Yvette Currier Jr. of Bethel; maternal great-grandparents Yvon and Maxine Corriveau of Gilead.
