LEWISTON – A woman’s workshop series, “Honoring the Sacred in Daily Life: An Earth-Based Perspective” with Leah Wolfsong. will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on six consecutive Tuesdays, June 1 to July 6, in the Lobby Conference Room, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

Participants will experience themselves as part of the circle of life and discover ways to acknowledge, honor and make use of the sacred connectedness in their own daily lives.

Teachings and activities will include the medicine wheel, honoring and acknowledging the relationship with the natural world (plants, animals, stones, the elements), the conscious use of breath, sound and rhythm and appreciation of spiritual existence within physical form.
