POLAND – The Speech and Debate Team of Poland Regional High School will hold a community talent show 7 p.m. Friday, April 30, in the Dr. Robert Wall Theatre in the high school, 1457 Maine St.

Featuring both student and adult participants, the show is a fund-raiser to help send members of the team to national competitions. The talent acts include musical numbers, comedy skits and appearances by several local rock bands.

There will be a grand prize of $100 for the best overall act, with several awards given in specific categories. Admission is $5; tickets can be reserved in advance by calling 998-5400, ext. 218.
