LITCHFIELD – The Theatre Arts Day Camp, which is held each summer by qualified, trained instructors in the visual and performing arts, is accepting applications for children ages 10 to 16 for the 2004 season.

The camp will run from 8 to 11:20 a.m. Monday through Friday, Aug. 2 to 13, with a final performance at 7 p.m. Aug. 13.

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Activities include acting techniques, movement and voice control, stage make-up application with special effects, set and costume design, theater history, stage combat and other aspects of stage performance.

The fee of $250 includes course instruction and materials, personal make-up kit, tickets to a professional performance, guest artists and daily healthy snacks.
