LEWISTON – A sign of spring is the arrival of the annual crepe brunch hosted by the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. This year’s event will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 4, at Campus Cuisine across the street from St. Mary’s at 100 Campus Ave.

The brunch will feature Franco-American cuisine including crepes, ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, old-fashioned baked beans, home fries, coffee and orange juice, all prepared by the culinary staff at Campus Cuisine.

“It is a great time to bring the family out for breakfast,” said Pauline O’Connell, auxiliary chairwoman for the annual event. “And people feel good knowing that they’re helping a good cause.”

The cost is $6.50 in advance and $7 at the door for adults and $3 for children under 12. Children under the age of 4 will eat free.

All proceeds will support the “Commit to Care” ICU Renovation campaign at St. Mary’s.

Tickets will be available at the door or in advance at the St. Mary’s gift shop and at the Sisters of Charity Foundation. Door prizes will be drawn throughout the event. For more information, call the Sisters of Charity Foundation at 777-8863.
