On Friday, October 20, Monmouth Middle School had a Halloween Dance. It lasted from 6:30 to 8:30, and was for students grades six to eight.
There were many different costumes, from vampires and pirates, to witches and a security guard. There were even prizes for the best costumes, like the most creative, most funny looking and the most scary. Even the teachers dressed up and had some fun. As one of them was dressed as a dead old teacher, chanting “did you do your homework.”
There was an assortment of different types of music, it depended on what kids liked most is when you had us dancing. It was a night full of dancing and fun.
