TURNER – SAD 52 Adult and Community Education Program is planning two programs for parents.
The first is titled Protecting Children Online and will be held Monday, Oct. 20. Parents will discuss the information superhighway and develop rules to keep children safe.
The second course is Bullyproofing your Child, which is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 6. The course will show parents how to teach their children to stand up to students that bully them in a peaceful and assertive manner.
Both classes will be help at Tripp Middle School from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and the instructor is Kristy Meisner from Advocates for Children.
