RANGELEY – A benefit rummage sale will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, and 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, in the undercroft of the Episcopal Church, Main Street.

There will be special clothing in the boutique, tables of household items and clothing for all ages, including babies.

Food, lawn sale

LIVERMORE – The Livermore Falls Women’s Club, a member of the Maine Federation of Women’s Clubs and the General Federation of Women’s Club, will hold a food sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, by Boothby’s Farm Stand, Route 4.

The sale will benefit the Livermore Fire Department’s thermal imaging camera fund. The fire department must raise $6,000 by December.

The food sale is being held in conjunction with the annual Livermore-Livermore Falls Historical Society lawn sale, which will be held on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 8 and 9. Proceeds from the lawn sale will benefit restoration of the society’s historical building.

Library meeting

LIVERMORE – The Livermore Public Library will hold its annual business meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at the library.

Election of officers for the coming year will be held. The public is invited.
