PARIS – C.N. Brown has been partnering with the Oxford Hills Middle School for the past 10 years. This is the fifth year of the Student of the Month program, which is modeled after the company’s Employee of the Month program.

The program recognizes two students each month throughout the school year for teamwork and for outstanding behavior in the out of the classroom.

Recently, all 14 student winners of this year’s program, representatives of the middle school, and Maureen Howard, director of the Education Exchange, were invited to an end of year celebration at the Norway Country Club.

In addition to a fun afternoon of “creative golf,” the students were treated to ice cream and received hats and t-shirts. Two lucky students had their names drawn and went home with new scooters, all donated by C.N. Brown.

The Student of the Month is a project of the Oxford Hills Community Education Exchange’s partnership between C.N. Brown Co. and the Oxford Hills Middle School. A permanent C.N. Brown-Middle School Student of the Month plaque, located across from the school’s main office, has been engraved with the students’ names and photographs.
