STRATTON – The Alumni Association of the Dead River Area will hold its 23rd annual meeting on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Cathedral Pines Campground public picnic area on Route 27 in Eustis. In case of rain the meeting will be at the Stratton/Eustis Community Building on Main Street.

Graduates of Stratton High School, Flagstaff High School and Mount Abram Regional High School are invited to attend.

Registration will begin at 10 a.m. with the meeting scheduled for 11, followed by the awards for graduate anniversaries and teachers.

The Lions Club will have barbecued chicken, hot dogs and hamburgers for sale, and the alumni dessert table will offer homemade desserts. Proceeds from this table will go to the scholarship fund. For more information, call Carol Gray, association secretary, at 246-4261.
